Karlovačka banka approves the following types of long-term loans:

• Loans for funding of investment projects (investment in fixed assets – the construction, extension and modernization of production and service capacity, buying business premises, procurement of equipment)
• Loans for business financing (permanent working capital)

We offer long-term loans with different repayment deadlines, depending on type of the project, with the possibility of contracting different dynamics of use and repayment of the loan, depending on the client’s needs.

Required documentation for this type of loan:

• detailed investment program or another document that proves the economic justification of the project
• preliminary contracts on buying real estate, bill of work, supplier’s offers of equipment, preliminary contracts/business cooperation contracts, letters of intent, agreements on the lease of office space, the building/location permit, concessions and consents
• documentation on other sources of financing investments
